Rotational Strength. Fascial Intelligence. True Leverage.

You are the whirlwind. Now choose the wood it spins in.

The Helix Mace Custom is the full Helix Mace, with the patent-pending Helix Handle, in your choice of five distinctive styles. Same tool, same training, with a finish that makes it unmistakably yours.

Choose your style

• Inferno
• Midnight Rose
• Tigers Eye
• White Violet
• Eclipse

Each piece has its own grain and character, so no two look exactly alike.

What makes the Helix Mace different

Traditional maces and clubs are usually trained in straight lines and fixed arcs. The Helix Mace starts from a different premise: the human body moves in spirals, not lines. Built on the principles of Helix Theory, it aligns load, grip, and momentum with the body's rotational pathways.

Central Helix Handle (patents pending)
Unlike traditional offset maces, the Helix Mace has a purpose-designed Helix Handle. Its concave, leveled grip keeps the hands, arms, and shoulders continuously engaged as the load travels.

True rotational load
The mass at the end of a long lever turns every swing into a lesson in angular momentum and moment of inertia, the same principles behind a spinning skater or an orbiting planet. Smooth orbital motion lets you practice spiral acceleration and deceleration rather than brute force.

Helix Theory, in your hands

The Helix Mace is a Prime Tool: designed to teach while you train.

• InterRotation: feel how coordinated rotations between the hips, ribs, and shoulders redirect and transmit force.
• The Prime Curve: explore the idea that more range is not always more useful, and find the arc where your swing feels most effective.
• Movement Vortex: progress from controlled patterns toward freer, flowing ones as your coordination grows.

What you train

• Rotational and anti-rotational strength
• Shoulder control and scapular coordination
• Grip strength and hand connection
• Core bracing and full-body linking
• Carryover to throwing, striking, locomotion, and flow

Crafted as a Prime Implement

Made from premium hardwood and balanced for fluid travel. Wood transmits subtle changes in angle and pressure straight to your hands, giving you constant feedback as you move.

Nature rarely moves in straight lines, and neither should you.

Move intelligently. Rotate efficiently. Find the Prime.
